MY ROLE
Led end-to-end design and development, from concept and product architecture through delivery and user acceptance testing.
COLLABORATION
Worked closely with a cross-functional team of internal colleagues, a digital marketing agency, and a developer.
OUTCOME
Launched within three months, on budget. Trust Diagnostic is now used across multiple sectors to measure and build trust during transformation.
